In the 36-week CNC Machining Technology program, you can learn the skills required to start a career as a CNC machinist. The program’s curriculum of CNC classes is aligned with standards established by the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) and can prepare graduates to take the NIMS assessments and examinations for CNC machine operators.
Students will learn everything from reading blueprints and interpreting geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to the programming, setup and operation of CNC lathes and mills.
