This guitar has a nice ""woody"" tone perfect for most folk styles. I like the simple design and the comfortable feel of the neck. Designed for low tunings this Osthoff really works. The string tension is perfect for the variety of tunings I play in. I like a 26"" string length for detuned bass strings it keeps them taut enough to be strong and not get floppy.
