This is the Neostead 2000 (but some others can do this). You should be using slugs and any other possible damage increasing specs.
update: this was created to exemplify that shotguns are hilariously awesome tools of pwnage. It was a controlled environment and the enemy I kill is the voice you hear. He had 100% health (the kills say headshot, which are instant death anyway, so health would be irrelevant).
