🔴 Surgical procedure:
👉 Pars plana vitrectomy
👉 Retinal reapplication with perfluorocarbon liquid
👉 Choroidal reapplication with perfluorocarbon liquid
👉 Endolaser photocoagulation of the retinal tears
👉 Fluid-air exchange
👉 Injection of C3F8 gas.
