᎒ In the video, if you didn't realize. The first 2 characters are Deku's middle school bullies. To them, they haven't seen deku ever since he left middle school, so that was about a year since they last saw him. As Deku had his first appearance on Television being labeled as the League of Villains “new” member, the news spread like a wild fire. Ofc as the news and pictures/ videos of him were displayed, eventually his old classmates would find out.

In this video, the 2 bullies were just taking a walk out of their school campus to get some food from a convenient store. The store they choosed was a bit far but they went there anyways as the prices there were cheaper. As they were walking and told eachother not so funny jokes, one of the bullies realized a figure running towards them he noticed it, but the figure was to fast and he couldn't react on time. He got hit by the figure and almost fell backwards. Thanks to the other bully, he didn't fell.
Both of them were pissed and was wondering who the figure was. As they were looking back, he figured was already staring at them. It was Deku, and he was almost unrecognizable. The bullies haven't seen him in a year and the only time they've seen him are on Television with blurry or either bad quality videos/pictures. They we're shocked and scared at the same time. They knew they must have impacted Deku in the past in a way and knowing that he was a villain now also left a sense of guilt in them. They were terrified even, Deku is now a villain and was reported having multiple quirks. If Deku decided to get payback, he'll easily win. I mean- what can long fingers and whatever the other bullies quirk do against Deku? They were lucky that Deku didn't want to spend any of his time on them
