It's a converter or adapter whatever you say is to convert the HDMI signal to AV signal that can work with CRT TV. Talking about the quality is excellent for the price. I bought this at about $4.5 but actual is kind of twice. Every connector and case in this look very good in quality. The service is also amazing because there wasn't even a single problem I faced. It doesn't get hot event when working for long time. And it also support 4K input. So I have no complain about the quality and operation.
