Fake news, misinformation and conspiracy theories are putting New Zealand's Covid-19 response at risk and could block the path to alert level 1.


That was the strong message from the Health Minister today after he announced more cases linked to the Mt Roskill church cluster.

Now a sociologist is raising the alarm about far-right groups and fringe political leaders.
