"For me, this is a very alarming situation because I just arrived from the Emirates to work in Armenia - I'm a Russian citizen - and if I get on a flight to Russia, there's a chance I'm not coming back. And my wife is a Ukrainian citizen, and part of my family is now in Kyiv, and the other part is in Russia, so I wouldn't want to take part in this mobilization. Just for the moral aspect alone."

STORYLINE:
Armenia began experiencing yet another wave of migration from Russia on Wednesday after President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization to join the conflict in Ukraine.
Russian citizen Sergey, who brought his 17-year-old son with him, said he didn't panic as he had prepared for this scenario ahead of time.
Another arrival from Russia, Valery, said his wife and her family are Ukrainian and therefore mobilization was out of the question for him, "for the moral aspect alone."
Large numbers of Russians rushed to book one-way tickets out of the country while they still could Wednesday after Putin announced the partial mobilization of military reservists for the war in Ukraine.
Flights filled up quickly and the prices of tickets for remaining connections sky-rocketed, apparently driven by fears that Russia's borders could soon close or of a broader call-up that might send many Russian men of fighting age to the war's front lines.
