காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Chilli - 3
சோம்பு / Fennel Seed - ½ Spoon
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1 Inch
பூண்டு / Garlic - 10 to 12
உப்பு / Salt - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
புதினா / Mint Leaves - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
