This recipe for tahini garlic dressing is incredibly easy – simply whisk together 1/4 cup of tahini, one clove of grated (or minced) garlic, 2 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Whisk it together until it becomes thick and opaque. You want it to be the texture of honey, so taste it and if you like the taste add water to thin it out. If it's too tahini forward, add lemon juice instead. If it's too thin, add more tahini.
This is very garlicky, so only use one clove garlic people!
