Simple days at home, walks in nature, a few candles and a good book... There are things about simple living in the countryside that I feel the need to reassert at the beginning of this new year, to not forget how to live slowly and mindfully. Reflecting on the year that just ended is important to me, to try and get even closer to my ideal lifestyle of peace and quiet.

It might seem hard sometimes, in a loud world, to be a quiet person. But this is the only way I can live my life now. I've gotten to know myself so well these past years, I know which mistakes I don't want to make again.

In this video, you'll see me with my everyday little pleasures, such as reading books, drinking tea, replying to a friend's letter, painting, cooking, walking in the French countryside, spending time with my baby girl, enjoying candlelight...
