Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
Green Chilli - 150 grams
Mustard Oil - 100 ml
Dry mango powder (aamchur powder) -1.5 tbsp
Fennel Seeds ( Sauf) - 3 tbsp
Carrom Seeds (Ajwain) - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds(Sarso) - 2 Tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds(Methi) - 1tbsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder (haldi) - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder (Laal Mirch) - 1 tbsp
Salt - 3 tbsp or as per the taste
