In a debate by Scotland’s Finance Secretary Shona Robison, about the forth coming UK and Scottish budget, Murdo Fraser and Kate Forbes clashed over a series of questions.
Ms Forbes egged Mr Murdo on to tell her how many times the Scottish Government had balanced its budget over the last 17 years.
Mr Murdo replied that The Deputy First Minister was trying to get him to congratulate the Scottish Government for not breaking the law.
