Want to increase your bench press? Get better at hand balancing? Become more formidable in a fight? Open jars as though they were flies (that makes *no* sense)...
The answer to all these things could be to increase your grip/forearm strength which is the 'weak link' in many a physique. This can be tricky if you're training with just bodyweight as wrist curls are not an option, but with the tips in this video you can incorporate training for your hands, forearms and grip all with just your own body and perhaps a pull up bar.
