In this video we present an animated layout of a warehouse that shows the rotation of pallets by pallet storage place. The Power BI was used to present the result of ABC analysis and optimization for a warehouse. The product of high rotation were moved closer to the ramp, what allowed to reduce a number of non value added activities for transportation.
