How to make Original Egg Rolls
Ingredients / ส่วนผสม
3 eggs / ไข่
1 lb. ground pork / หมูบด
1 cup julienne Carrot / หัวแครอทซอยชิ้นบาง ๆ
1 cup julienne Cabbage / กะหล่ำปลีซอยชิ้นบาง ๆ
1 cup bean sprouts / ถั่วงอก
3/4 cup wood ear mushroom / dried black fungus strip / เห็ดหูหนูเชื้อราแห้งสีดำ
1/4 cup white onion chopped / หอมใหญ่สับละเอียด
3 sprigs green onion / ก้านหัวหอม
1/2 tsp. black pepper / พริกไทยดำ
1/2 tsp. white pepper / พริกไทยขาว
1 tbsp. Chicken bouillon powder / ผงน้ำซุปไก่ / ผงชูรส
1 tbsp. sugar / น้ำตาล
1 cup = 2 rolls vermicelli soaked for at least 30 min. / วุ้นเส้นแช่น้ำย่างน้อย 30 นาที
1 tbsp. oyster sauce / ซอสหอยนางรม
1 tbsp. seasoning sauce / ซอสปรุงรส
1/2 tsp. salt / เกลือ
1 bottle vegetable oil / น้ำมันพืช
2 bags rice paper 25 pcs per bag / แผ่นห่อม้วน 25 ชิ้นต่อถุง
