They are now conquering streets in both Eastern and Western hemispheres. Okay, that’s probably too strong a claim! But they are delicious. The classic Korean Corn Dog has stretchy Mozzarella Cheese and a high quality Hot Dog on a stick. They are covered in batter, bread crumbs, and deeply fried to perfection.
For creativity and difference, I combine the Corn Dog with Rice and reduce it to an easy bite-sized eating delight . I vary the recipe in a special way, by using Shrimp instead of meat.
