Second and final fight againts Lance and he brought the big guns this time!

-Lance fight the exact same as the last encounter minus the Limit Break
-To make him surrender, destroy Neon Valkyrie first and then use Natalie Limit Break (7th Heaven) when he's at low health
-Neon Valkyrie is pretty strong, she has a variety of explosive attacks and can charge you to damage everyone including your backup
-When destroying the cannon on top it will get replaced by something else so focus on the tank
-Neon Valkyrie is mostly weak to Lightning damage
