I am a firm believer in a morning routine, it doesn't have to be hours long or even perfect but I do find value in setting my day up for success with a morning routine. I don't think it is a one size fits all formula but I do encourage you to find what starts your day on the best foot.

I love to wake up early, meditate, walk my pup, ice roll my face, write in my journal, read the daily stoic, and practice gratitude. I notice the biggest difference when I don't look at my phone in the morning, sometimes I go well into the afternoon without looking at it.

The video follows a normal day living at Aviano Air Base where I enjoy some coffee shops in Sacile, have book club in Polcenigo, and finish the night with cheer practice.
