One of my favourite Korean side dish! Pickled White Radish also known as chicken-mu as it's often pair as a side dish when you order fried chicken in Korea! But to me, I can eat it anytime and it matches so well with all savoury meal!
=Ingredients=
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Ingredients above is for 500g of white radish.
*Ratio should be 1 : 1: 0.5 (Vinegar: Sugar: Water)
You can adjust the volume you needed based on the weight of your Radish
