We left Sydney for Lithgow and then into the Newnes State Forest. We have a 2nd vehicle with us, Mark driving his 2015 Nissan Patrol. We headed out to the striking 'pagodas' of the Lost City first and explored them. Then we 4wd back out through the wombat holes and mud to Blackfellows Hand Trail. We travelled that through more mud to Blackfellows Hands Cave to view the incredible rock art. One of the best 4WD day trips from Sydney without a doubt.
