In the video the result of a steel wire welding simulation.
It is possible to see the melted area, with the "wire" variable on the top right the distribution between melted original metal(in blue) and the one coming form the fusion of the solid wire(in red).
At the middle and in the top left clip the temperature distribution in the area involved in the welding.
The simualtion has been created and setup by XC Engineering SRL, using the CFD code FLOW-3D
