Just last week, in Independence, Wisconsin, Olsen Fur Farm had about 3,000 minks released to the wild by unknown activists Though Olsen Farms is no stranger to a raid, seeing 800 mink freed from their sheds in October 24th, 1997, Tom and Jan Olson refuse to see how this cruelty is acceptable and turn a blind eye as brands continue to drop fur, one by one. Wisconsin is home to the largest fur manufacturing state in the country, producing approximately 571,740 pelts in 2022, valued at $39.2 million dollars.

Thank you @animallibpressoffice for bringing this to our attention and the activists involved who have made the end of this dying industry one step closer and saved these animals from their impending doom, and hopefully this release puts the Olsen family out of business soon.
