Tony was diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer in May 2017. He was given a worst case prognosis of two years.
In June 2017, Tony started on abiraterone - a drug discovered and developed at the ICR. So far, the drug has kept Tony's cancer under control, enabling him to live every day to the fullest and enjoy his time with his grandchildren.
