In this video we will be comparing the base variant of MG Astor with manual transmission with a similarly priced Tata Nexon manual variant . MG Astor Sprint 1.5 MT and Tata Nexon Smart Plus S 1.2 Turbo MT both are priced at Rs. 9.98 Lakh. The prices mentioned are ex-showroom.

Astor is available with a 1.5-Litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that makes 110PS of maximum power & 144Nm of peak torque. Tata Nexon’s 1.2-Litre turbo petrol engine makes 120PS of maximum power & 170Nm of peak torque.
The 2024 Astor is 4323mm long, 1809mm wide and 1650mm tall. The Astor has a 2585mm long wheelbase. On the other hand, the 2024 Tata Nexon is 3995mm long, 1804mm wide and 1620mm tall. The Tata Nexon has a 2498mm long wheelbase. Bigger exterior dimensions give a car a stronger road presence. A long wheelbase makes the car more stable at high speeds and gives better legroom in the back seat, while a shorter wheelbase makes the car more agile.
