Feeling sexy in heels comes at a high price!
Don’t underestimate the impact of shoes (especially high Heels) on your health.
Wearing high heels (and poorly fitting shoes) can actually cause a lot of long-term problems:
- Collapsed arches
- Hip tilts
- Digestive issues
- Bad posture
- Back Pain
- Knee & joint pain
- Arthritis
- Bunions & other conditions that need surgery to fix
The best all-day shoes are barefoot, zero-drop heel shoes (for both Women and Men), which is why I wear XERO SHOES or a very rare pair of no heel Nike’s most of the time.
They allow me to walk and stand naturally, as humans did when they wore no shoes at all. When I switched to barefoot shoes my knee pain and back pain went away almost immediately.
