केरल के वायनाड और उत्तर प्रदेश के रायबरेली से लोकसभा चुनाव जीतने वाले कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने यूपी की सीट अपने पास रखने और केरल की सीट खाली करने का फैसला किया है। अब उनकी बहन प्रियंका गांधी वायनाड सीट से चुनाव लड़ेंगी। गांधी ने इस साल दूसरी बार वायनाड सीट जीती है।
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who won the Lok Sabha elections from two seats - Wayanad in Kerala and Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh, has decided to keep the UP seat and vacate the Kerala seat. His sister Priyanka Gandhi will now contest from the Wayanad seat. Gandhi won the Wayanad seat for the second time this year.
