Chen Xin Yu was first admitted into the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts at the tender age of 6. Currently, she is the youngest First Prize winner of the Pipa Junior Category, Youth Category and Open Category of the National Chinese Music Competition. In 2014, Xinyu performed with the SCO at the record-breaking “Our People, Our Music 2014” mega concert. She has performed with SCO once again in the Dauntless Spirit 2018 Concert.
