This is BASIC to advanced modding and there are MANY ways to mod characters, especially if you are modding for a specific counter. If you don't want to delve into kitting, this is perfect for you and you can stop reading this section now and just follow the suggested modding.
This list of modding is for the most versatility use of your teams and characters. Almost all characters modding changes when they move to Relics as Mastery plays a major role. Flat mods are better until Relic, then Percentage mods become way stronger, so keep that in mind. If I find a high percentage mod I'll leave it on that character even if it nerfs them slightly. All mods are listed from top to bottom in priority order. Relic Priority is my opinion of how urgent it is to mod that character up. Ex: I've been running Thrawn at G10 for 3 years and just recently leveled him to Relic so he's a 6 out of 10. I have added some notes to each character for a quick explanation of why they need to be modded this way. Speed minimum will vary widely depending on your GP level, this number is based off of a mid game level. The average player has 50-75 +10 speed mods per 1 million GP. If you are higher, you are ahead of the game. Last note, if you find a mod with 3 of 4 of the secondary stats you are in great shape. 4 of 4 is a Fantastic Mod. Also remember that Zetas or Lack there of, can highly affect some characters AND their mods. I based this off of most common Zeta users.
