Restoring a hand plane can be one of the most satisfying projects. here I have two planes that are cheap and common hand planes from the 50s and 60s. that are not in bad condition and really just need a little of work. in 45 minutes we can take a hand plane and restore it to fully working condition. It is not pretty and sharp looking but it works perfectly.
