Ingredients:
240 g (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature;¼ cup sugar;1 tbsp cream;½ red velvet cake.
Instructions
Whisk cream cheese with sugar and cream until smooth and no sugar crystals left.Freeze cream cheese mixture for 1 hour.Meanwhile crumble ½ of the red velvet cake in a large bowl.Remove chilled mixture and form 6 balls using ice cream scoop.Cover all of the ball with crumbled cake and chill in fridge for 15 minutes more before serving.
