Today’s Ingredients:
1 lb shelf-stable gnocchi (17.6oz in the video)
2 TB extra virgin olive oil (or melted butter)
2 tsp seasoning/mix of your choice (Badia’s Jamaican Jerk in the video)
hot sauce or dip of your choice (Melinda’s habanero honey mustard in the video)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400° for a few minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with oil (or butter) and seasoning of your choice.
2. Spread out into a single layer and cook in the air fryer at 400° for 10 minutes, tossing once at the halfway point. Carefully try one to test for crispiness. Add 3-6 minutes, tossing again, until gnocchi is crispy to your liking.
3. Allow to cool and serve as is or with a hot sauce or dipping sauce of your choice. ENJOY!
