running Wheezy (Raspbian Softfloat?) downloaded from the RasPi official download site, with a custom 3.x kernel thrown in for the wm8505 in this netbook.
The onboard NAND is dead, that's why there's a slew of unreadable text that goes by at the begninning, it's the kernel going nuts about it being fried.
