A couple of exercises to train your paddle strength for surfing and to increase your paddle performance/endurance during your surf session.
Make sure you don't lose your paddle strength till your next surf trip starts or lockdown is over.
Why a good paddling is important? 80% of the time you spend in the water you paddle and just 20% you surf. I focused in this short routine on muscle groups like chest, shoulders, abdomen and lower back.
