Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today we're unboxing and reviewing Trifecta Nutrition meals.
Trifecta is a premade meal delivery service that focuses on performance meals. That means these meals are best suited to those who train or stick to a very specific diet. They currently have 5 meal plans: clean, paleo, keto, vegan, and vegetarian. You can also order meals a la carte. All of their meals are organic. In this review we have their keto meals.
We found Trifecta to be one of the most comprehensive fitness/performance meal delivery services. Not only do they have a ton of meal plans and meals to choose from, they're one of the few meal delivery services that actually sticks to the macros each diet requires. For example, their keto meals are actually all keto (mostly under 10g of carbs, high protein, and high fat). Many other meal plans that say they have low carb of keto meals really don't—most are under or around 30g carbs per meal.
Trifecta also has a ton of customization ability. For example, if you're looking to bulk up, you can add on a 4th meal to your plan. Plus there are a ton of add ons.
The one drawback to Trifecta is price. They are definitely not cheap. The actual cost per meal depends on the meal plan you go with but I found it generally ranges from $13 to $15 per meal.
