👉Ingredients of the dish:
- 700 g of fish (4-5 steaks)
- 1 pineapple
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- 1 chilli
- a bit of black peper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cloves of shallot
- a bit of ginger, salt, vinegar ( to remove strong fish smell)
