CHILLI PANEER RECIPE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
* Vegetable Oil (Tel).
* Finely Chopped Garlic (Lasan).
* Ginger paste (Adrak).
* Sliced Green Chillies
* Capsicum / Bell Pepper (Simla Mirch).
* Hot Water (Garam Pani).
* Schezwan Sauce (made in house).
* Soya Sauce.
* White Pepper Power (Safad Mari).
* Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt / MSG).
* Salt (Namak).
* Fried Paneer Pieces
* Roughly Chopped Green Coriander (Lila Dhana).
* Corn Flour.
* Iceberg Lettuce (for final garnish).
All quickly Wok stir Indo-Chinese style fried on a high heat.
HAKKA NOODLES RECIPE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
* Vegetable Oil.
* Green Capsicum.
* White Onion.
* Matchsticks of Carrot & Cabbage (Gajar & Pata Gobi).
* Pre-Boiled Noodles.
* White Pepper Power.
* Salt.
* Ajinomoto.
* Soya Sauce.
* Spring Onion.

* Vegetable Oil (Tel).
* Sliced Mushrooms (Kumbh).
* Sesame Seeds (Tal).
* Plain Flour.
* Corn Flour.
* Garlic.
* Ginger.
* Green Chillies
* White Onion.
* Hot Water.
* Schezwan Sauce.
* White Pepper Power.
* Ajinomoto.
* Salt.
* Lettuce
* Green Coriander.
MANCHOW SOUP RECIPE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
* Finely chopped Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum and Coriander.
* Vegetable Oil.
* Chopped Garlic.
* Ginger.
* Hot Water.
* Soy Sauce.
* White Pepper Power.
* Ajinomoto.
* Salt.
* Corn Flour paste.
* Topped with a little bit of Crispy fried Noodles.
The foods you see cooked in this video are ubiquitous street foods in the Indian Sub-continent they are very popular menu items at most roadside stalls as well as restaurants in India.
The Stir Fry Master here makes it all look very easy, but it takes many years of practice and skill to get to this level of cooking.
This is one of Leicester's Golden Mile's "Desi Cafe / Restaurant" and is one of our favoured places to visit whenever we happen to be in Leicester.
