This video will demonstrate 3 ways to schedule Teams Meetings properly. You can schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook, from the Teams calendar, or from a Teams channel. The option you pick will determine if the meeting is public or private.
One of the biggest mistakes that I see is people accidentally creating a public meeting when it should be private. If you follow the steps provided you won't accidentally schedule a Teams meeting with hundreds of people when it should be for a few people.

GCC Note: As of filming on 1/2/2022 the option to color-code your Teams calendar is not available. Hopefully, this feature will become available to the GCC in the future.
