El 30 de Septiembre hicimos una salida donde encontramos este boletal en un bonito bosque de robles. Es fácil identificar esta especie por el color rojizo en las mordeduras. Es comestible como todos los Xerocomus, pero de baja calidad.
Al final del video os comparto una foto de Verónica Díaz de otro xerocomus muy similar, el X. porosporus que también vimos en la salida.

Xerocomellus chrysenteron (Bull.) Šutara 2008
Características:
-Sombrero: Mediano entre 4 y 8 cm de diámetro
-La cutícula: Afelpada, seca, de color marrón con distintos tonos, normalmente se agrieta con el tiempo seco. Un detalle importante es la aparición de un color rojo en las mordeduras
-Tubos: largos hasta 1cm, de color amarillo amarillo-oliva
- Poros: Grandes, angulosos de color amarillo amarillo-oliva que al roce azulean.
- Pie: Atenuado en la base, cilíndrico, de color amarillo recubierto por unas fibrillas de color rojo.
-Carne: Blanda, de color amarillento en el pie y blanquecina en el sombrero, debajo de la cutícula es roja. Al corte en la parte del pie suele azulear. De olor suave y sabor un poco dulce.
-Comestibilidad: Comestible de baja calidad
-Hábitat: En todo tipo de bosques
-Lugar: País Vasco , en este caso en roble Quercus robur.
-Época: Verano y otoño
- Confusiones: Muy similar al Xerocomellus porosporus sin coloraciones rojizas

On September 30 we made an outing where we found this bolete in a beautiful oak forest. It is easy to identify this species by the reddish color in the bites. It is edible like all Xerocomus, but of low quality.
At the end of the video I share a photo of Verónica Díaz of another very similar xerocomus, the X. porosporus that we also saw in the same forest.

Xerocomellus chrysenteron (Bull.) Šutara 2008
Characteristics:
-Cap: Medium between 4 and 8 cm in diameter
-The cuticle: Plush, dry, brown with different shades, usually cracks with dry weather. An important detail is the appearance of a red color in the bites
-Tubes: up to 1cm long, yellow-olive yellow
- Pores: Large, angular, yellow-olive in color that blue when rubbed.
- Stem: Attenuated at the base, cylindrical, yellow in color covered by red fibrils.
-Flesh: Soft, yellowish on the foot and whitish on the hat, under the cuticle it is red. When cutting the part of the stem, it tends to blue. It has a mild smell and a slightly sweet taste.
-Edibility: Low-quality edible
-Habitat: In all types of forests
-Location:Alava, Basque Country, in this case in Quercus robur oak.
-Season: Summer and autumn
- Confusions: Very similar to Xerocomellus porosporus without reddish coloration in the cuticle bites

Il 30 settembre abbiamo fatto una gita dove abbiamo trovato questo porcini in un bellissimo bosco di querce. È facile identificare questa specie dal colore rossastro nei morsi. È commestibile come tutti gli Xerocomus, ma di bassa qualità.

Le 30 septembre nous avons fait une sortie où nous avons trouvé ce bolet dans une belle forêt de chênes. Il est facile d'identifier cette espèce par la couleur rougeâtre des piqûres. Il est comestible comme tous les Xérocomus, mais de qualité médiocre.

Am 30. September machten wir einen Ausflug, bei dem wir diesen Steinpilz in einem wunderschönen Eichenwald fanden. Diese Art ist leicht an der rötlichen Farbe der Bisse zu erkennen. Es ist essbar wie alle Xerocomus, aber von geringer Qualität.
Am Ende des Videos teile ich ein Foto von Verónica Díaz von einem anderen sehr ähnlichen Xerocomus, dem X. porosporus, den wir auch im selben Wald gesehen haben.

30 września wybraliśmy się na wycieczkę, gdzie znaleźliśmy ten borowik w pięknym dębowym lesie. Gatunek ten łatwo rozpoznać po czerwonawym kolorze ugryzień. Jest jadalny jak wszystkie Xerocomus, ale niskiej jakości.
Na końcu filmu udostępniam zdjęcie Veróniki Díaz innego bardzo podobnego xerocomusa, X. porosporus, którego również widzieliśmy w tym samym lesie.

30 сентября мы совершили прогулку и нашли этого подберезовика в красивом дубовом лесу. Этот вид легко определить по красноватому цвету укусов. Он съедобен, как и все ксерокомусы, но невысокого качества.
