hey guys!
So here in Canada we celebrated Thanksgiving this past Monday so I thought I'd make a short video showing you what I made this year. And I do have to add that I served this dinner to my mom who is a big meat eater and she loved it!

my menu:
-apple, celery, onion and walnut stuffing
-roasted brussel sprouts with toasted pecans and cranberries
-roasted herb potato wedges
-marinated portabello mushroom caps (soy sauce, balsamic, rosemary, onions)
-vegan gravy
-chickpea and spinach curry
(not included in the video- I did make some yummy pumpkin spice muffins for dessert)
