Dr Kehinde Andrew has said the Race Commission's review into ethnic disparities in the UK "ignores all the data."
Speaking to talkRADIO's Julia Hartley-Brewer, the professor of black studies said: I'm not surprised about this. I laughed when I saw this. They got a bunch a institutional racist deniers to deny institutional racism."
The Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities said geography, family influence, socio-economic background, culture and religion all impact life chances more than racism.
