This was Brandon Lee's last interview, filmed on the set of The Crow (1994). It was included on a VHS release of the film but I don't recall ever seeing it on DVD/Blu-Ray, though I could be wrong. In any case, it seemed timely given the recent accident on the set of Rust and I just happened to notice that I didn't upload it back when I captured it.
