We all know that LWR track needs destressing before onset of Summer so that there is no Buckling during Summer.
Destressing requires temperature range of td. But in the absence of block at td, we need to opt for Rail tensor. Many P-Way engineers are skeptical how to use Rail Tensor for Destressing.
