We held a training camp for the PL's and APL's to help them understand the principles of leadership

We had them completing leadership challenges with each one taking the role of the leader or disruptive scout

by searching on the internet we found loads of leadership challenges to help test and instruct the scouts

much fun and loads of learning was to be had over the weekend
