Calibration Settings for concrete batching plant’s aggregate weighing conveyor;
00:20 First of all check the adjustment of the rubber wedges.
00:30 These rubber wedges prevent weighing conveyor from moving out of the axis.
00:42 The distance between the main chassis and the rubber wedge must be 2-3 mm.
01:14 Be sure that the weighing belt conveyor and hopper is clean and empty.
01:30 Go to the calibration screen.
01:41 Introduce the empty weight of the weighing conveyor to the system by pressing “TARE” button on the screen.
01:52 Place the weights on the “U” profile with equal intervals. U profile is the place between the belt conveyor and the chassis.
02:17 Enter the amount of the placed weight on the calibration screen.
03:00 Press “Calibrate” button.
03:09 Check the accuracy of the calibration, by taking back the weights one by one.
03:45 For a reliable calibrating operation, control the screen each time after taking off one weight.
