This week we are reviewing a interesting video, a TedTalk by Mark Adams on entering the cult of extreme productivity. We really enjoyed watching this video and discussing the concepts that were brought up in the video.

Mark really gave us details on his story and how he transitioned from a serial procrastinator to a productivity coach basically. We discuss the concept of locking in and what we do to really lock in on a task or project.
