SORREL SOUP WITH GROUND BARLEY!!!
When it's hot outside, all cooking is moved outside. Because you still want to eat and cold soups are already a bit tired.
You will need: 500-700 grams of pork bones, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 1 stalk of celery, 3-4 potatoes, 200 grams barley groats, a mixture of spices without salt, ground black pepper and salt to taste, oil for frying, a large bunch of sorrel.
Fry the bones in hot oil. Then add chopped vegetables (without potatoes). Fry everything. Then add semolina and add 3 liters of boiling water. Cook until the meat is ready, add sliced potatoes. When they are ready, add Acid and the soup is ready. Served with boiled egg and sour cream. Bon appetite!
