Through the Movement Disorders Program at Maine Medical Center, Inge undergoes Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), a surgical procedure for the treatment of movement disorders. The therapy can reduce tremors, stiffness, and dyskinesia (dance-like movements), which in turn can result in improved mobility, independence, and quality of life.
