Getting your story to really POP takes more than just remembering the story itself. You have to take it through a process to determine what are the main key elements.

Then fit it to the Hero’s Journey story structure or three act structure, whichever technique suits you.

When you can bring your personal “signature” story down to just 90 seconds you will be well on your way to being able to tell a very compelling story at any length.

This is an exercise I always take my clients through so they understand all of the elements of their personal story so it can be communicated properly.

90 Seconds isn’t a lot of time. And the art of storytelling is really more of a science when you have to pare it down to a short time period.
