This is one of the best motivational speeches ever, done by none other than Axl Rose. It's a raw and direct expression of the fact that all of us are free to do what we want with our lives, regardless of the barriers that others try to put in our way in order to keep us down.
In his own specific style, Axl tells us to open our minds and focus on what we want to become. If we don't loose our focus, the final goal is constantly clear and so are all the means to get there.
